We are looking for a volunteer who is enthusiastic about arranging small gifts for Temple donors and managing all the logistics around this.
We are looking for a volunteer who is enthusiastic about arranging small gifts for Temple donors and managing all the logistics around this. There will be approximately 3 gifts to arrange each year. This is a service that can be done from home.
Tasks include
- Brainstorming gift ideas.
- Liaising with the Temple Graphic Designer to design the gifts and approving the design with Temple authorities.
- Communicating with manufacturers, getting estimates etc.
- Conducting quality assurance on the final products.
- Arranging delivery of gifts to the Temple and sorting out any logistical issues.
